With all the current events of the recent destructive tornado across Oklahoma, we must remember to keep Oklahoma in our prayers as well as the survivors, the rescuers, the ones who have passed and all those who are yet to be found. In the latest sports news, Buffalo Bill’s defensive player Mario Williams is in a tight bind not with his team or opponents, but with his ex-fiance! According to Williams, him and ex Erin Marzouki had made an agreement that if they didn’t go through with the engagement she would give the 10-karat, $785,000 engagement ring back, but now she is denying him the ring! Williams had already given Marzouki an American Express credit card which she spent over $100,000 on and showered her with over $200,000 worth of gifts in just a year! Now Williams is suing Marzouki in claims she was only with him for his money and that she should rightfully give the ring back.

With the recent bombings in Boston we can’t help but think, “What is happening to this world?” With such a sad start to the week we have to remember to continuously pray for not just Boston but the whole world. There are evil doings, bombings, killings, rapes, and more that happen around the world EVERYDAY. We should not be so self-fish to just feel the need to pray for something when it happens on our soil but we need to remember to keep prayers and good thoughts in our minds and hearts for EVERYONE always. So everyone keep the goodness in your hearts because there is too much evil to add to it.

Ingredients

• 34 cup vodka
• 34 cup sweet vermouth
• 2 tbsps lemon juice
• 1 sheet edible gold leaf
• 1 sheet crumbled
• 2 tbsps sugar
• 34 cup ginger ale (chilled)
  
  directions
  1. In a pitcher, combine 3/4 cup vodka, 3/4 cup sweet vermouth, 2 tablespoons lemon juice and 1 sheet edible gold leaf torn into flecks; refrigerate. On a plate, mix 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 sheet gold leaf crumbled into dust. Wet the rims of 6 martini glasses and dip them in the gold sugar. Stir 3/4 cup chilled ginger ale into the vodka; pour into the martini glasses.
